At the Collective Intelligence Project we especialise in helping others to think systemically and ethically. Through our schools of thought, we offer a range of training and education programmes designed to enhance decision-making, improve communication and critical thinking, and foster a culture of integrity.

By combining theory and practice, and integrating best practice from around the world, our workshops unlock the wisdom that exists in every person.
By engaging in interactive workshops and collaborative discussions, participants develop a deeper understanding of their roles as leaders and learn how to levarage knowledge to implement systemic and ethical strategies in their organisations and personal lives.
We run a range of workshop-style courses on leadership, ethics, and systems thinking, designed to cover essential theories and principles but also provide practical applications to issues such as policy engagement, understanding and using evidence, communication, governance, and diversity. We strive for learning that is context-relevant and adaptive. Through a variety of methods (role play, scenarios, case studies), we help people apply what their learn to their real-life contexts.
Leveraging knowledge
“The only thing worse than training your employees and having them leave is not training them and having them stay.”
– Henry Ford

Our ethics training courses help participants understand and apply moral theories to practical decision making in a variety of settings: research, business and public sector organisations to name a few.
Our systems thinking workshops provide an introduction to tools and techniques used in systems analysis. Lasting from two hours to a half-day, these overview courses give you a taste of what you can do and povide you with experience of using the tools.
Our leadership training is built on our belief that leaders must provide above all a vision for the future. This requires an ability to understand what’s going on right now and personal moral qualities that bring others with you.
Leadership is different to management – so all our leadership skills training courses highlight the fundamental differences.
We also offer bespoke or “off-the-peg” courses to in-house teams, where the content of the exercises can be tailored to the specific needs of the organisation. Typically these courses would be in workshop format over two days, but can readily be adapted to meet clients’ needs.
Both public and bespoke in-house training programmes are delivered in person or online and engage experts from around the world. Our aim is to unlock growth, empowerment, and adaptability, ensuring that learning is both meaningful and transformative.
Education
Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.”
– Albert Einstein
Conscious that the critical thinking, oracy and listening skills required for the collective sense-making needed to solve the complex problems in today’s world are best acquired early in life, we work with educational settings to develop bespoke programs of discussion-based workshops that engage adults and children in philosophical inquiry and a joint search for meaning. Our Chatterbox workshops unleash imagination and help develop emotional awareness, reasoning and thinking skills through a fun exploration of values, assumptions and vital concepts like justice, truth, and knowledge.
