Agoras
Our flagship Agora workshops provide truly pluralistic spaces for dialogue, physical or virtual, where our communities of inquiry meet using our in-house deliberation method. We also offer Agora sprints, which follow the same format and methodology but typically involve fewer participants and shorter sessions .

Schools of thought
These are our more traditional training workshops that help individuals and teams in the public and private sector, as well as civil society, to develop their critical thinking and leadership skills, and empowers them with a problem-solving mindset to better contribute to their organisations and community contexts.

Deep Dives
We conduct research, horizon scanning and policy analysis to pick up trends and signals, identify new approaches, case studies, or outliers from around the world to better support decision making and service delivery.
FAQs
I would like you to facilitate an Agora for my organisation. What is your process?
Our Agoras are a partnership with you. As a first step, we will meet you to understand your needs and specify the brief. We will then work with you to identify the key issues and stakeholders and design a tailor-made process that powers up their collective intelligence.
Once we have developed with you a shared understanding of your problem and its context, the key stakeholders that need to be involved, and the specific format of the deliberation, we will conduct the necessary background research and, if necessary, produce written material that participants can use as background notes to facilitate deliberation. We take care of all the administration involved in organising the events, such as booking travel, venues, catering, etc., unless agreed otherwise.
Do you facilitate Agoras online?
We can certainly facilitate deliberative Agoras online using a variety of existing tools (e.g. Miro boards). But we are also in the exciting process of developing our own online deliberation platform (iAgora) that will leverage artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) tools to crowdsource collective wisdom by enabling conversations between large and dispersed groups (potentially whole cities or countries).
Please stay tuned for future developents.
